Terms of use

1. What Medicore is

Medicore is a directory of private clinics, doctors, pharmacies and laboratories with online booking, and a working system for those providers.

Medicore does not provide medical services or medical advice. Care is provided by the providers, and they are responsible for it.

In an emergency, call 103 (ambulance) or 112. Do not use chat or booking through the service for emergencies.

2. Your account

You need an account to book, leave reviews and send messages. Use accurate details and don't share access to your account.

You can delete your account at any time directly in the app.

3. Appointments

Free slots and prices are published by providers. We work to keep them accurate, but a provider may change its schedule. If you can't make it, please cancel in advance.

4. Reviews and messages

You can only review a provider you have visited. Reviews are moderated: we remove abuse, advertising, other people's personal data and statements known to be false.

By publishing a review, you allow Medicore to show it in the directory. You keep the rights to your text.

5. For providers

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, prices and schedule, and for lawful processing of their patients' data in the workspace.

A doctor's link to a clinic appears in the directory only after the doctor confirms it.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the quality of providers' medical services or for decisions made based on information in the directory.

We aim for uninterrupted operation but cannot guarantee it during maintenance or outages at our processors.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; by continuing to use the service after a change, you accept the new version. Questions: web.pro.farid@gmail.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
